You'll lead a team of 3 in attracting and hiring world-class talent for a global SaaS company. You'll drive data-driven recruitment strategies and shape the employer brand to power Showpad's growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 direct reports across geographies.
• Report to leadership team on TA performance and market intelligence.
• Drive high-impact recruiting for Go-to-Market roles globally.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for GTM and technical roles.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house talent acquisition in high-growth SaaS.
• Proven GTM recruitment experience hiring Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Partnerships.
• Experience building and executing global recruitment strategy.
• Strong command of sourcing strategy and diverse pipeline building.

✨ Nice to Have

• Ability to recruit across multiple functions beyond GTM.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS as administrator and trainer.
• Track record of coaching senior hiring managers.
