💼 About This Role

You'll run the full business across Paris and lead expansion into the South of France and Monaco. You'll have direct ownership of growth in a market with enormous untapped potential, working closely with the CEO and executive team. This role requires intensity and commitment in a 24/7 premium operation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own P&L responsibility for France
• Manage pricing, availability, and fleet composition
• Lead four local teams: Driver Ops, Quality, Sales, Marketing
• Drive expansion strategy for South of France and Monaco

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in STEM or Economics from leading university
• 7–10 years of total experience, 5+ in investment banking, strategy consulting, or high-growth tech
• Professional fluency in French and English
• Based in Paris
