Description

You'll provide virtual health assessments to Oscar Health Insurance members, performing preventative care, medication reconciliation, and health coaching. You'll also support virtual primary care and urgent care teams as needed.

Requirements

• PA from accredited program and NCCPA certification
• Licensed in Georgia and one of: Florida, Texas, or Ohio
• Bilingual Spanish fluency
• 3+ years outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care experience
• Ability to obtain licensure in additional states

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative care screenings, medication reconciliation, and diagnose medical conditions
• Outreach members with chronic illness or low likelihood of seeing their PCP
• Identify and improve gaps in member access to care
• Cross-train into urgent care and virtual primary care
• Interact with members virtually for assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
