💼 About This Role

You'll join a multidisciplinary team providing home health visits to adult and geriatric clients in Cumberland, Hoke, and Harnett counties. You'll perform diagnostic tests, develop care plans, and educate clients and families. This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and comprehensive benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and mobility assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document client care using a touch pad tablet.

📋 Requirements

• Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum one year of recent work experience as a PT.
• Graduation from an APTA-approved program.
