💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the lead coach for a boutique fitness studio, coaching 10 classes per week. You'll drive client retention and community outreach while developing a team of coaches. This role blends hands-on coaching with studio operations and leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach 10 classes per week as lead coach
• Develop and provide feedback to coaching team
• Assist with day-to-day studio operations
• Lead community outreach and marketing efforts

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of group fitness experience
• Ability to lift/carry minimum 30 pounds
• Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
