You'll provide direct guest services at the Midland Theater, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience from entry to exit. • Answer guest questions and direct them to venue areas.
• Operate coat check rooms per guidelines.
• Scan tickets and administer wristbands for entry.
• Monitor guest conduct and alcohol consumption.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods
