💼 About This Role

You'll join Numa's Real Estate Transactions team to underwrite and execute hospitality real estate deals across Southern Europe. You'll build financial models and support deal structuring in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain detailed financial models for new real estate opportunities
• Support underwriting of investment opportunities with scenario analysis
• Prepare investment materials for internal approval processes
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure deal readiness

📋 Requirements

• 4 years experience in real estate, investment banking, consulting, or advisory
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Solid understanding of real estate investment principles and valuation
• Fluent English and Spanish required

• Experience in hospitality or operational real estate
• Familiarity with data tools and CRM systems (HubSpot)
• Additional European languages (Italian, French, German)
