You'll drive adoption and retention for Trustpilot's highest-tier French accounts, acting as a trusted strategic advisor. You'll translate usage data into ROI narratives and maintain executive-level relationships to ensure long-term success.

  • Lead post-sale alignment and executive onboarding for high-tier accounts
  • Translate technical usage data into compelling ROI narratives
  • Achieve high Gross Renewal Rate by proactively managing customer health
  • Design bespoke success plans to mitigate churn risks and identify growth opportunities

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Fluent in French and proficient in English
  • Strong experience in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS
  • Proven ability to drive product adoption and retention through strategic intervention
  • Advanced proficiency in data interpretation to identify trends and secure portfolio health
