You'll drive adoption and retention for Trustpilot's highest-tier French accounts, acting as a trusted strategic advisor. You'll translate usage data into ROI narratives and maintain executive-level relationships to ensure long-term success.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead post-sale alignment and executive onboarding for high-tier accounts
- Translate technical usage data into compelling ROI narratives
- Achieve high Gross Renewal Rate by proactively managing customer health
- Design bespoke success plans to mitigate churn risks and identify growth opportunities
๐ Requirements
- Fluent in French and proficient in English
- Strong experience in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS
- Proven ability to drive product adoption and retention through strategic intervention
- Advanced proficiency in data interpretation to identify trends and secure portfolio health
