Description

Join Care.com's CareBenefits team to provide backup child care in families' homes. You will care for children, create a safe environment, and perform light household duties, with scheduling and placements handled for you.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Minimum 1 weekday availability (8 consecutive hours between 6am-8pm)
• Related childcare experience
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 15 miles
• Adult, Infant, Pediatric CPR/First Aid certified (reimbursement provided)

Responsibilities

• Conduct intro calls with families
• Care for children in their homes (typically 8-hour day)
• Follow schedules and rules set by parents
• Perform household duties related to care (meal cleanup, dishwashing, activity cleanup)
