💼 About This Role

You'll lead consolidated financial reporting and ensure compliance with JGAAP and global standards at a rapidly growing industrial automation company. Your work will directly impact financial transparency and scalability across global operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated closing processes.
• Prepare accurate financial statements for audits and statutory filings.
• Develop and update global accounting policies and manuals.
• Coordinate group-internal transactions and TP policies with Global Tax.

📋 Requirements

• Business-level Japanese proficiency.
• 3+ years of experience at an audit firm or in-house audit.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
• Experience using English in cross-border email and web meetings.

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA certification.
• Business-level English (CEFR B1 or above).
• Experience in global or cross-border teams.
