πΌ About This Role
You'll design and execute training initiatives for our Sales and Customer Success teams at a high-growth AI startup. Your onboarding programs will decrease ramp-up time, and you'll measure enablement effectiveness to optimize performance. This role offers full ownership in a unicorn startup environment with $250M Series E funding.
π― What You'll Do
- Design and implement enablement programs for Sales teams.
- Develop onboarding for Account Executives and SDRs.
- Create metrics framework to measure enablement effectiveness.
- Monitor Sales calls and provide constructive feedback.
π Requirements
- 1 year of sales enablement experience in a high-growth B2B startup.
- Willingness to work in-office 4-5 days per week.
- Comfortable in highly ambiguous environments wearing many hats.
