Your core impact will be growing relationships and ensuring customer delight through expert support. This role blends sales drive with a customer-service mentality to create loyal, happy customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop mid-market accounts into highest value customers and advocates
• Quarterback complex software implementations for top accounts
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to managed accounts
• Collaborate with product team to improve user experience

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of Customer Success Management experience
• Proven ability to own and grow top customer relationships
• Skilled at driving value and retention through consultative approach
• Based in Austin, TX with hybrid work capability
