Requirements

  • Proven success in revenue operations, strategy, or analytics leadership at scale
  • Track record of driving revenue acceleration in high-velocity B2B channel environment
  • Expertise in data and analytics including data science for business growth
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce optimization and GTM tooling
  • Inspirational, transformational leader with change management experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue forecasting and analytics for ARR trends
  • Build predictive data science models (churn, next best action)
  • Optimize Salesforce and sales tooling for productivity
  • Design incentive and compensation models
  • Drive GTM strategy: account segmentation, territory design
