Requirements
- Proven success in revenue operations, strategy, or analytics leadership at scale
- Track record of driving revenue acceleration in high-velocity B2B channel environment
- Expertise in data and analytics including data science for business growth
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce optimization and GTM tooling
- Inspirational, transformational leader with change management experience
Responsibilities
- Lead revenue forecasting and analytics for ARR trends
- Build predictive data science models (churn, next best action)
- Optimize Salesforce and sales tooling for productivity
- Design incentive and compensation models
- Drive GTM strategy: account segmentation, territory design
