You'll support Travel and Expense customers at Navan by handling configuration queries and troubleshooting issues. Working alongside Account Managers, you'll ensure excellent customer experience and drive adoption. This role offers world-class training and a fast track to a revenue driving Account Manager position.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Account Managers to support customer inquiries
• Develop deep product knowledge for program administrator enablement
• Monitor and respond to email inquiries about product integrations
• Handle escalations and resolve issues across teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in SaaS
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory
