💼 About This Role

You'll join Range's wealth management team, leveraging technology to provide expert tax planning and compliance services for clients. You'll collaborate with Certified Financial Planners to optimize tax strategies and manage ongoing tax work. This role is based in our McLean, NYC, or Bellevue offices with an in-office requirement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete and file individual income tax returns (federal and state)
• Conduct tax research using tax research tools
• Manage client files, workpapers, and lead sheets
• Communicate tax planning and results with clients

📋 Requirements

• CPA, EA, or JD certification
• 2+ years of tax compliance or preparation experience
• Knowledge of complex individual tax situations (foreign income, FBAR, etc.)
• Proficiency in LaCerte, Proconnect, and Google Workspace

✨ Nice to Have

• Additional tax certifications
• Experience with Partnership K1 matters
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
