🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide data-driven insights on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Coach managers and leaders on performance management and HR topics.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and improve processes.
• Lead change management initiatives during rapid growth.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of HR experience with 2-3 years as an HRBP.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience coaching management layers from new to senior leaders.
• Experience designing people strategy aligned with business strategy.
