You'll join a fast-growing advisory firm serving closely held businesses, taking ownership of complex flow-through tax engagements from planning to review. You'll work directly with business owners as a trusted advisor, with flexible hybrid work and clear growth path.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review complex federal and multi-state tax returns for flow-through entities
• Assist in ongoing tax planning and client engagement coordination
• Research tax law updates and provide recommendations to the team
• Foster client relationships as a trusted advisor

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in a medium-sized public accounting firm with flow-through income tax returns
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Proficient in project management including scheduling, budgeting, and client correspondence
• Strong attention to detail and integrity

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CCH Axcess tax and CCH Pfx Engagement
• EA or CPA certification
