• Manage members of the BeyondTrust University staff
• Audit active public and private courses for technical accuracy and delivery standards
• Handle customer escalations with scheduling or delivery of training
• Collaborate with training leadership to improve existing processes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years software industry technical experience
• 3+ years leading technical teams
• 10+ years delivering technical training
