You'll join Tebra's Small Business Sales team as an Account Executive, driving growth for small healthcare practices across the U.S. through full-cycle sales and acting as a trusted advisor to help providers modernize their operations. This fast-paced role offers high visibility and opportunity for advancement.
π― What You'll Do
- Own full sales cycle from discovery to close for small healthcare practice.
- Lead consultative discovery to uncover pain points and align solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations to drive urgency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize buyer journey and conversion.
π Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience at a software company.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in a high-velocity environment.
- Confidence to run a consultative sales process and guide buyers.
- Tech-savvy with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft).

- Prior experience in Healthcare IT or medical practice sales.
- Strong SDR experience with proven track record.
