💼 About This Role

You'll own platform security and reliability improvements across Clearco's GCP environment, hardening identity and network controls and building security into CI/CD pipelines. You'll drive vulnerability management, incident response, and secure SDLC practices. Competitive compensation up to $190K and flexible remote work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Harden identity and network controls in GCP
• Integrate security scanning and policy enforcement in CI/CD
• Lead threat modeling and security design reviews
• Improve security observability and detection quality

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in DevSecOps, platform security, or security engineering
• Deep hands-on experience with GCP (preferred) or AWS
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and service networking
• Solid Infrastructure-as-Code skills (e.g., Terraform)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Istio
• Familiarity with Semgrep, Veracode, or GitHub Advanced Security
• Familiarity with CrowdStrike and Splunk
