Your work will directly reduce administrative burden for providers, enabling them to focus on patient care. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end prior authorization process including verification and submission.
• Build and optimize workflows to minimize turnaround times.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on automation opportunities.
• Develop and track KPIs to monitor authorization performance.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in healthcare operations or prior authorization management.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong understanding of payer requirements and medical necessity documentation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
