💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale OpenAI's strategic relationship with Boston Consulting Group, acting as the single accountable executive owner globally. You'll define strategic direction, establish a durable operating model, and drive co-selling of complex enterprise AI transformation opportunities. This role requires senior executive presence and accountability for partnership health, performance, and long-term expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own global BCG relationship, including pipeline growth and enterprise impact.
• Define and run operating model for BCG partnership across regions.
• Serve as senior executive counterpart to BCG global leadership.
• Shape and lead co-selling of CxO-level AI transformation opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• Associate Partner / Principal or Partner-level experience at an MBB firm or equivalent senior leadership.
• Technology fluency and commercial leadership in business development or alliances.
• Proven ownership of global multi-year strategic partnerships with measurable outcomes.
• Industry expertise in Financial Services, Pharma & Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Retail.
