Description

As a Technical Product Manager for Agentic Voice, you will lead the strategy and execution of next-generation voice capabilities, working with engineering, design, and customer teams to build scalable, reliable voice-first enterprise products.

Requirements

• Strong technical fluency in voice systems and AI-driven speech technologies
• Experience with telephony integrations, SIP, carrier connectivity
• Knowledge of real-time media streaming, STT/TTS orchestration
• Ability to optimize latency for voice-native agents

Responsibilities

• Own product discovery and delivery for Agentic Voice
• Define problems, drive launch, iteration, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams
• Translate voice network constraints and AI capabilities into product outcomes
• Report to Director of Product
