๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead the onboarding of B2B clients for an intelligent camera system on parking lots, ensuring they get maximum value. You'll handle end-to-end rollout via email, calls, and demos while building long-term customer relationships. You'll also collaborate with Commercial, Product, and Engineering to scale processes and improve the customer journey.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of new B2B customers
- Deliver live demos and training to turn clients into product experts
- Proactively check in with clients to build strong relationships
- Collaborate with Commercial, Product, and Engineering on feedback
๐ Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in Customer Success or B2B customer service
- Customer-first mindset and clear communication
- Proficiency in German at C1 level and business English
- Experience with G-Suite, Airtable, and CRM like Salesforce or HubSpot
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in software or tech companies with hardware
- Additional languages beyond German and English
