You'll lead the onboarding of B2B clients for an intelligent camera system on parking lots, ensuring they get maximum value. You'll handle end-to-end rollout via email, calls, and demos while building long-term customer relationships. You'll also collaborate with Commercial, Product, and Engineering to scale processes and improve the customer journey.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding of new B2B customers
  • Deliver live demos and training to turn clients into product experts
  • Proactively check in with clients to build strong relationships
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Product, and Engineering on feedback

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in Customer Success or B2B customer service
  • Customer-first mindset and clear communication
  • Proficiency in German at C1 level and business English
  • Experience with G-Suite, Airtable, and CRM like Salesforce or HubSpot

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in software or tech companies with hardware
  • Additional languages beyond German and English
  • Strategic consulting skills
