Description

You'll lead the Marketing Finance function at Brex, partnering with executives to maximize ROI from GTM investments. You'll build pipeline forecasts, ROI models, and support strategic planning to drive growth and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant financial experience working with GTM teams at a high-growth tech company
• Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint with proven financial modeling and data management
• Comfortable interacting with senior-level executives internally and externally
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline forecasts, economics, and ROI models to improve CAC and payback
• Lead bi-annual planning for pipeline priorities and trade-offs across segments
• Support FP&A in forecasting marketing investments
• Set goals, track outcomes, and provide metric deep-dive analysis
• Prepare management presentations for Leadership to analyze results and forecasts
