Description

You will coordinate the onboarding journey for new clients, partnering with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Brand Protection Specialists to execute pre-sales assessments, set strategy, and create workflows that ensure long-term client success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in onboarding, project management, or IP rights management
  • Strong understanding of IP rights and brand protection processes
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver pre-sales assessments to AEs and clients
  • Ensure clients have required IP rights in place to address abuse
  • Serve as Project Manager for customer onboarding, setting strategy and success criteria
  • Coordinate onboarding tasks between CSMs and BPS for timely execution
  • Guide customers through activation calls and clarify processes
