💼 About This Role

You'll be an early member of Semgrep's data team, defining how the company uses data to improve user security. You'll work on diverse problems from product insights to business strategy. You'll collaborate with engineers and security researchers to build data pipelines and machine learning models that have measurable impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute to data science projects across departments
• Apply ML, statistical methods, and heuristics to solve problems
• Iteratively tackle problems as a series of experiments
• Convince peers with data visualizations and reasoning

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data and strategy fields
• Knowledge of machine-learning algorithms or statistical methods
• Experience visualizing information for Board-level and leadership
• Familiarity with production data pipelines (e.g., S3, DBT, Snowflake)
