You'll manage strategic MSP partners for Sophos, a cybersecurity leader with an AI-driven platform. You'll drive revenue growth through joint business plans and partner enablement. This role offers the chance to impact a global partner ecosystem.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop relationships with strategic MSP partners to drive revenue and profitability.
- Manage joint business planning and quarterly reviews with KPI tracking.
- Enable partners on Sophos portfolio and support complex deal closures.
- Collaborate on marketing plans to generate incremental sales pipeline.
๐ Requirements
- MSP Partner Management experience in Central and Eastern Europe.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in a partner-driven role.
- Experience developing business plans and service offerings with MSPs.
- Ability to build C-level relationships and influence internal stakeholders.
โจ Nice to Have
- Understanding of RMM/PSA platforms and commercial models.
- Experience across all customer sizes (SME, Enterprise, Public Sector).
