You'll manage strategic MSP partners for Sophos, a cybersecurity leader with an AI-driven platform. You'll drive revenue growth through joint business plans and partner enablement. This role offers the chance to impact a global partner ecosystem.

  • Develop relationships with strategic MSP partners to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Manage joint business planning and quarterly reviews with KPI tracking.
  • Enable partners on Sophos portfolio and support complex deal closures.
  • Collaborate on marketing plans to generate incremental sales pipeline.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • MSP Partner Management experience in Central and Eastern Europe.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in a partner-driven role.
  • Experience developing business plans and service offerings with MSPs.
  • Ability to build C-level relationships and influence internal stakeholders.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Understanding of RMM/PSA platforms and commercial models.
  • Experience across all customer sizes (SME, Enterprise, Public Sector).
