• Coach and develop your team of runners
• Manage shift schedules and daily operations
• Coordinate incoming goods and restocking
• Ensure safety and punctual departures

📋 Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in logistics or retail
• First leadership experience coaching teams
• Fluent German and basic English
• Valid class B driver's license
