💼 About This Role

You'll design features that empower developers and administrators to integrate Front with third-party tools and build AI-powered automation. You'll execute on our design system and collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers in Santiago, San Francisco, and Paris. This role is hybrid, expected in office each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design features for third-party integrations and AI-powered automation
• Evolve design system with intuitive components
• Design product experiences across web, desktop, mobile
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers across offices

📋 Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing excellent design craft
• Experience building and shipping world-class products across platforms
• Experience working with design systems and clean documentation
• Collaborative approach with low ego and strong communication
