💼 About This Role

You'll join a new product unit building the future of autonomous sales within Aircall, owning the AI Orchestration Layer that records customer interactions and autonomously executes sales workflows. You'll bridge backend development and infrastructure, architecting systems that evolve into a self-improving, agentic Sales OS. This role offers deep ownership and the chance to shape a platform from its earliest stages.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and evolve cloud architecture on GCP using Terraform
• Own Kubernetes clusters ensuring scalability and security
• Build observability strategy with Datadog and SLIs/SLOs
• Engineer production-grade Python services with DDD

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience
• Advanced Python expertise with async and typing
• GCP, Terraform, and Kubernetes mastery
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems
