🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Deployment Engineers to support field crews during installations
• Participate in real-time troubleshooting over phone, text, and Slack
• Support fleet monitoring using Grafana and Retool to flag issues
• Help create and maintain troubleshooting aids and deployment playbooks

📋 Requirements

• Current junior or senior in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Strong foundation in electrical concepts and fundamentals
• Passion for hands-on problem solving with real-world systems
