💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's team to train other technicians and perform extensive bodywork on multiple panels including heavy plastic welding and metal pulling. Your work directly ensures our vehicles meet our high standards before reaching customers. You'll receive a $6,000 bonus and comprehensive benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform heavy plastic welding and stapling on vehicle panels
• Conduct metal pulling, straightening, shrinking, and stud welding
• Repair roofs, rocker panels, and large area bodywork including Bondo
• Train other autobody technicians on advanced bodywork techniques

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years professional automotive bodywork experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and MVR check clearance
• Must be at least 18 years of age

• ASE certification
• Experience with heavy metal pulling and stud welding
• Prior experience training or mentoring others
