You'll lead the design and governance of Total Rewards programs including payroll, compensation, benefits, and 401(k) at a NYSE-listed REIT. Your core impact will be driving compliance and efficiency across all compensation-related processes. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead payroll operations and administration for accuracy and compliance
- Oversee 401(k) plan vendor assessment and regulatory matters
- Execute annual and mid-year compensation processes
- Direct benefits strategy including health and wellness programs
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years professional experience with exposure to multiple departments
- 6+ years experience in payroll management and compensation
- 6+ years in a supervisory role
- Experience with Union employee payroll
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with SEIU Local 32BJ, IUOE Local 94, or IUOE Local 30
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Yardi Voyager
