You'll lead the design and governance of Total Rewards programs including payroll, compensation, benefits, and 401(k) at a NYSE-listed REIT. Your core impact will be driving compliance and efficiency across all compensation-related processes. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead payroll operations and administration for accuracy and compliance
  • Oversee 401(k) plan vendor assessment and regulatory matters
  • Execute annual and mid-year compensation processes
  • Direct benefits strategy including health and wellness programs

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years professional experience with exposure to multiple departments
  • 6+ years experience in payroll management and compensation
  • 6+ years in a supervisory role
  • Experience with Union employee payroll

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with SEIU Local 32BJ, IUOE Local 94, or IUOE Local 30
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Yardi Voyager
