Description

You will guide multiple Agile teams in delivering high-quality products through effective Scrum practices and continuous improvement. You'll partner with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to remove impediments, optimize team performance, and mature Agile practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Proven success supporting multiple Scrum teams in a scaled environment
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS)
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or VersionOne
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

Responsibilities

• Guide 8 Scrum teams in applying Agile and Scrum principles effectively
• Coach team members on self-management, cross-functionality, and accountability
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinements, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Remove impediments and escalate issues that impact delivery timelines
• Drive adoption of Agile best practices and experiment with new frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe)
