You'll engage with restaurant partners considering leaving Deliveroo, understanding their challenges and providing solutions to retain them. Your core impact is protecting partnerships and ensuring Deliveroo remains the food partner of choice for thousands of Belgian SMBs. This role offers hybrid working and clear growth into senior roles.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Proactively reach out to partners via phone and email to resolve issues.
  • Use commercial mindset to negotiate and demonstrate platform ROI.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales and Product teams on feedback.
  • Track and achieve monthly retention targets.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Fluent or native in English and French.
  • Background in customer service, sales, or account management handling difficult conversations.
  • At least one year in a professional, phone-based environment.
  • Ability to manage a CRM and use Google tools effectively.

  • Experience with negotiation and objection handling.
  • Knowledge of the food delivery or restaurant industry.
  • Data analysis skills for churn insights.
