You'll lead and manage the AWS Cloud Specialist team for NAMER and LATAM, driving strategic partnership with AWS. You'll own the Go-to-Market strategy to generate pipeline, grow deal size, and close business through partner programs. This high-impact role provides executive-level visibility and the chance to shape MongoDB's cloud alliances.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage the Cloud Partner Specialist team to achieve regional goals.
  • Build executive relationships between AWS and MongoDB for strategic alignment.
  • Execute a robust NAMER LATAM GTM strategy with AWS to generate pipeline.
  • Drive and oversee large strategic deals with field sales and partners.
  • Forecast co-sell Net ARR and provide strategic insights weekly.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in quota-carrying direct strategic or partner/channel sales.
  • 3+ years of management or team leadership experience.
  • Experience managing co-selling with hyperscalers like AWS.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a heavy sales matrix model.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with open source, enterprise software, SaaS, database, or cloud computing.
  • Previous Sales Methodology training (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).
  • College degree in business, economics, or engineering.
