💼 About This Role

You'll lead the global architect of Airwallex's Second Line of Defense assurance function, maturing the compliance monitoring framework. You'll provide strategic insights on control health to the Board and Senior Management, ensuring safe and sustainable growth across rapidly expanding operations. This role offers the chance to drive a data-driven transition to continuous monitoring.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own strategic evolution of the Compliance Monitoring framework
• Lead and develop a global team of monitoring specialists
• Design and execute the Annual Compliance Monitoring Plan
• Translate testing results into actionable intelligence
• Drive transition towards continuous monitoring and automated testing

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years experience in Compliance Assurance or Regulatory Testing
• Significant experience managing international teams
• Deep understanding of testing methodologies and sampling strategies
• Executive presence for reporting to C-level executives
• Experience across multiple regulatory jurisdictions (US, UK/EU, APAC)
