You'll process global AP invoices in an ERP system (Workday) for a fast-growing enterprise SaaS company. Your core impact is delivering best-in-class customer service to suppliers and internal stakeholders. This role offers ownership from day one with RSUs and a flexible hybrid work model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process invoices into Workday, match with POs, and execute payments
• Handle queries on payment status, vendor setup, and AP processes
• Ensure correct expense assignments (GL and VAT codes)
• Support ad-hoc requests and audits, and drive process improvements

📋 Requirements

• BA/MA Degree in Finance, Economics, or similar
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in accounting or financial administration
• Strong communication skills in English
