💼 About This Role

You'll ensure students with special education needs receive world-class instruction in a safe, welcoming environment. You'll support students in reaching their IEP goals while working alongside general education teachers. This role uses data-driven instruction to guide and differentiate learning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support students in reaching their IEP goals
• Document progress toward IEP goals and develop new goals
• Provide instruction in math, literacy, social studies, and science
• Use data to guide and differentiate instruction

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Previous experience working with students with special education needs
• Alignment with district mission and values

✨ Nice to Have

• Valid Michigan teaching certificate with special education endorsement (SA, SB, SC, etc.)
• Previous teaching experience in an urban setting
• Training in CRPBIS, CPI, and related methodologies
