Description

In this role, you will support the safe and scalable growth of Clara's portfolio in Brazil by ensuring the effectiveness of automated onboarding flows and applying rigorous KYC, KYB, and CDD standards. You'll collaborate with Sales, Compliance, and Customer teams to complete onboarding processes efficiently and accurately, while building scalable internal controls to support long-term growth.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in Financial Analysis, Credit Risk Assessment, KYC, CDD, or related risk/compliance
Strong analytical rigor in credit evaluation
Proven ability to interpret financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow) for credit decisions

Responsibilities

Monitor and review onboarding processes for accuracy and adherence to internal controls
Collaborate with Sales and Customer teams to complete timely KYC/KYB and CDD reviews
Flag and escalate inconsistencies or risks in real time to meet internal SLAs and compliance standards
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Work cross-functionally to identify bottlenecks and support automation and process enhancements
