💼 About This Role

You'll own the core AI systems driving text, image, and layout generation at massive scale. You'll elevate quality by evaluating frontier models and launching new modalities like voice and video. You'll work in a strong in-office culture 4-5 days per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own LLM and image prompts, measuring and improving quality across text, layout, and visual generation
• Develop complex prompts for new features using AI JSX
• Build evaluation frameworks for prompts and models combining quantitative and qualitative metrics
• Drive AI roadmap based on quality gaps, evaluating new frontier models and methods

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record pushing foundation models to their limits with hands-on prompt engineering
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Python with software engineering foundation
• Strong data instincts: experience writing evals and designing metrics
• Self-sufficient in gathering and cleaning data for prompt and model evaluations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with modern LLMs and image models such as Flux and Imagen
• Familiarity with AI tooling like AI JSX for prompting and Braintrust for evaluations
