💼 About This Role

You'll recruit, grow, and manage elite partners aligned to the Enterprise strategy. You'll be accountable for partner-sourced bookings across Enterprise customers, driving mutual growth. You'll co-sell with partners to achieve acquisition, migration, and expansion targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, enable, and manage a portfolio of Enterprise partners.
• Co-sell with partners across Acquisition, Migration, and Expansion.
• Build trusted relationships with partners and internal sales teams.
• Support partners with qualifying leads, solution scoping, and deal approvals.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years managing partners with a strong quota record.
• Proven success building a partner channel in a growth-oriented technology organization.
• Experience selling complex solutions, ideally ERP or enterprise software.
• Ability to motivate partners and build joint go-to-market plans.

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to MYOB Enterprise ERP product suite.
• Experience with partner territory planning and demand generation.
