You'll own product onboarding and drive higher conversion and lower dropoffs. You'll work directly with the CPO to shape AI products from 0→1 in a fast-moving startup environment.

• Own roadmap and feature definition for product onboarding
• Map full product surface area across modules
• Lead design reviews and propose UX optimizations
• Translate product understanding into onboarding and in-app education

• Proven experience optimizing onboardings and driving conversion
• Ability to become a central power user quickly
• Strong data-driven and customer-centric approach
• Action-oriented prioritizer who ships simple solutions
