Description

You will drive strategic supply network development and cost management for Anduril's product hardware across their lifecycles, collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and manufacturing. This role involves supplier selection, cost engineering, BOM management, and optimizing supply chain lead time and flexibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical field
• 5+ years experience in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement, or design of electronics/mechanical devices
• Domain expertise in value/procurement engineering or TCO at component level
• Ability to travel 10-40% and relocate to Lexington, MA
• Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier selection for a specific product leveraging approved supplier list
• Partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development via concept scoping, feature trade-offs, should cost models, and joint design
• Drive development and consolidation of manufacturing BOM to ramp production
• Lead cost engineering activities to converge cost curve to product cost, maximizing total cost of ownership
• Manage CAPEX throughout NPI and complete BOM risk assessment, including alternate sourcing
