💼 About This Role

You'll lead paid acquisition across B2C and B2B for a well-funded AI startup with ravenous product-market fit. You'll own performance marketing, build measurement systems, and scale new channels in a small, world-class team of ex-founders.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and own the paid acquisition machine across Meta, Google, and emerging channels.
  • Create dashboards, attribution models, and reporting systems for growth decisions.
  • Launch new channels from zero: affiliate programme, SEO/AEO, and city-specific playbooks.
  • Run rigorous experiments on creative, audiences, landing pages, and channels.

📋 Requirements

  • B2C growth experience through advertising with large budgets.
  • Measurement-obsessed with strong data and analytics skills.
  • Proven track record of building from scratch in early-stage startups.
  • Comfortable with 5 days/week in office in central London.

  • Experience with AI or SaaS products.
  • Background in performance marketing for both B2C and B2B.
