💼 About This Role

You'll make home visits to assess and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders for adult and geriatric patients in Pitt, Craven, and Beaufort counties. You'll develop care plans and educate families to promote independent living.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform home visits for speech and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care.
• Document care using electronic medical records.

📋 Requirements

• Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or equivalent.
• Solid computer skills including proficiency with EMR.

• Prior home care experience as an SLP.
• Experience with electronic medical records.
