💼 About This Role

You'll lead functional and environmental testing for new aerospace hardware, building and owning the Prototype and Qualification Lab. Your work directly shapes product design decisions early in development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own functional, environmental, and qualification testing for new product programs.
• Define and execute test strategies, plans, and procedures.
• Build, commission, and operate the Prototype and Qualification Lab.
• Design and develop in-house test fixtures and setups.

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in functional and environmental testing for aerospace or defense hardware.
• First-principles engineering to understand and simplify test requirements.
• Experience collaborating with design and manufacturing engineers.
• Familiarity with CAD, PDM, GD&T, and Materials & Processing fundamentals.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience standing up or evolving a test or qualification lab.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and ISO 17025.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
