Description

You will design and build production-grade AI systems that coordinate care, engage patients, and execute care workflows for Medicaid and Medicare programs. You'll define architectural patterns for agent reasoning, tool use, and human-in-the-loop collaboration, working closely with product and domain experts to ensure reliable, automated care delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building software
• Experience building production agentic AI systems
• Strong architectural decision-making and systems thinking
• Product-minded, comfortable with ambiguity
• Data-driven with evaluation frameworks

Responsibilities

• Lead design and evolution of agentic systems for care delivery
• Define architectural patterns for agent reasoning, tool use, memory
• Develop platform capabilities and product-facing implementations
• Own problem spaces end-to-end from design through production
• Establish standards for agent evaluation, safety, and reliability
