Description

As an Associate Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle, bringing high-end TCG buyers, sellers, and consignors onto the Alt platform. You will hunt daily for new accounts, build trusted relationships with serious collectors, and provide insights to shape product features. This role combines your deep TCG expertise with proven sales skills to help define the modern marketplace for trading card collectibles.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and managing pipeline in Salesforce (or similar CRM).
  • Strong communication skills with both customers and internal teams.
  • Relentless drive—comfortable with cold outreach, discovery, and deal-closing conversations.
  • Experience in transacting/brokering collectibles across various price points.
  • Deep passion for TCG—whether as a player, collector, grinder, or lifelong fan of the hobby.

Responsibilities

  • Close business and own the full sales cycle, bringing high-end TCG buyers, sellers, and consignors onto Alt.
  • Source new consignors and collectors across all major TCG formats—MTG, Pokemon, One Piece, Flesh and Blood, and beyond.
  • Build trust as the go-to person for serious collectors to consign, buy, and sell.
  • Spot gaps in product features (grading integrations, set-specific pricing tools, sealed product workflows) and bring insights back to the team.
  • Run your process—prospecting, qualification, relationship-building.
